I’m the founder of Empty Desk Solutions and a Certified Podia Pro, helping business owners and creators simplify their marketing since 2014. As a mom of 4 and an entrepreneur with ADHD, I get 100% how overwhelming it can be to juggle your marketing without a little extra support or accountability to get the parts you need done.

That’s why I created Your Monthly Marketing Department — a hybrid done-for-you and done-with-you solution designed to give you expert marketing support without the huge price tag. What’s included in this offer each month?


Each month you’ll receive:

How do the coaching and check-in calls work?


We book your calls in batches during our kick-off call—typically booking for 3 months at a time.
Recommended call schedule:

  • First week of the month: Strategy + review (60 minutes)

  • Third week of the month: Check-in + support (30 minutes)
    If you ever pause or cancel your plan, we’ll remove your scheduled calls, no problem.

How will I review or request my content?


We track everything in a shared Google Doc dashboard—you’ll have a birds-eye view of all content in progress and can request changes directly there.
You’ll also have access to a private folder with all your copy, assets, and strategy docs.
Content is prepped monthly and sent by the 15th of the prior month for review before scheduling.

What if I need more than what’s included?


You can request extra posts, emails, blogs, or other assets à la carte or upgrade to a higher-touch package. This package covers the essentials to keep your brand consistent—but we’re flexible!

Can I pause or cancel my plan?


Yes. We ask for 7 days' notice before your renewal date to pause or cancel for the upcoming month.
Pre-booked calls will be cancelled if you pause or cancel. We’ll welcome you back when you’re ready (space permitting).

How long should I commit to this?


Most clients commit to 3–6 months to build momentum and see results. We recommend at least 3 months to develop consistent messaging.

Do you write in my voice?


Absolutely! We learn your voice and brand tone during the kick-off, using your past content as a guide. You’ll review and approve all content before it goes live.

Do you actually publish the content to my platforms for me?


Yes! After your approval, we post your blog, newsletters, and social media content directly to your platforms, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

How many clients do you work with at once?


This package is limited to 5 clients at any given time to ensure I personally provide each consulting and check-in call. Meanwhile, my team works with me behind the scenes to create your social media posts, blog content, and emails with the care and attention they deserve.

How do I cancel or change my plan?


You can cancel or update your plan anytime—self-serve inside this portal or email us at bhardy@emptydesksolutions.caand we’ll handle it for you.
