Brittany Hardy is the Owner of Empty Desk Solutions, a boutique marketing agency located in Maple Ridge B.C.
Brittany is passionate about helping small businesses achieve their growth goals with marketing solutions that are both effective and affordable.
After many years of working in retail management and customer service, Brittany went on to become the Marketing Manager for Dominion Lending Centres head office, Canada’s largest mortgage company. It was here that she caught the marketing bug and decided to start her own business to help Canadian entrepreneurs grow their businesses through social media, email marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
Running a business has been a life-long goal of Brittany’s and she continues to run her business while raising her four children. Brittany believes in balancing work and home life and continues to find new ways to collaborate, support, and employ other mothers so that they can be at home with their own children.
Social media marketing continues to evolve, and Brittany and her team are passionate about helping small businesses navigate how they can benefit from these networks while staying ahead of these changes.
Brittany has been a finalist for the Women of Worth awards, the Tri-Cities Business Excellence awards, and has been featured in Small Business BC and the Huffington Post.
Kendra joined the EDS team in March of 2019 as a Marketing Assistant and Social Media Manager. She writes, designs, publishes and manages content for clients with Brittany. She is also assisting with creating all of our new marketing programs! In her spare time, Kendra likes to travel and play with her two dogs, Szia and Bobby.
Jenna specializes in short-form video content and up-and-coming social medias. She has an eye on the pulse and has a keen eye for new trends. Whether it is TikTok, Instagram reels or even YouTube, Jenna excels by having video performance directly relate to link clicks and sales.
Jenna is a digital media expert with over 6 years of experience in creating short-form video content and working with up-and-coming social media platforms. She has a strong understanding of what works on various social media channels and is always keeping a close eye on emerging trends. Jenna's expertise lies in leveraging video content to drive link clicks and sales for businesses.
Elnaz is a versatile Marketing Assistant who is always ready to lend a hand to her team. With a can-do attitude and a passion for teamwork, she jumps onto any task that comes her way. Her proactive approach and eagerness to take on new challenges make her a reliable and dependable team member. Beyond her professional role, she runs her own podcast, showcasing her creative storytelling skills and content creation expertise.
