If you landed here looking for my ADHD Focus Community, you’re in the right place… even though the membership itself no longer exists.
Let me explain 💛
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38.
It started the way it does for so many moms... a conversation with one of my kids’ teachers, a suggestion to look into an assessment, and a quiet moment of realizing:
“Oh. This might actually be me.”
Cue the rabbit hole 🐇 (which, honestly, tracks).
Suddenly everything made sense:
The hyperfocus marathons
The half-finished projects
The ability to pull miracles out of thin air at the 11th hour
The chaos hiding behind competence
We weren’t missed because we were fine.
We were missed because we were high achievers, people pleasers, and really good at masking.
Well, here we are, ADHD and going strong in business.
All of those years of feeling like I was losing my mind for forgetting something I was repeating in my head so I didn't forget by the time I went downstairs to my office? It wasn't me being a dummy, my short term memory just likes to take a little ADHD vacation 🤣
Or those unfinished house projects? Turns out I just like to start them when my brain gets a hit of "oh this is fun, I could probably rip out this floor and redo it by myself dopamine"...
Thank goodness for my husband who comes in to finish my projects or it would be real chaos over here 😬
I started to discover what made me tick for the first time ever and I was almost 40.
As embarrassed as I felt asking others for help just to focus, it became my lifeline to finishing projects whether they were for myself or clients.
I would love to be that person for you. That person who opens the door to what focus and flow can do for your amazing neurospicy self ;)
After my diagnosis, asking for help with focus felt embarrassing… until it became my lifeline.
Body-doubling, co-working, shared energy... it changed everything for me.
And yes I had an ADHD coach, and she's awesome, but she doesn't offer co-working sessions.
MarketingClub.ca already existed with my Co-Founder of the club (Jen), and I saw how much success our members were having when they joined our Monday "work with me" parties.
But the thing is... when I have to host them myself, well you might guess that I dont get a lot done myself because I'm supporting everyone else.
So I created a small, cozy ADHD Focus Community:
Weekly co-working sessions
Goal-setting calls
Daily tarot pulls
Gentle accountability without shame
And it worked.
People showed up. Things got finished. The energy was real.
But as my business, capacity, and seasons changed, I realized something important:
I didn’t need to own the container to benefit from it.
And neither did you.
These days, you’ll find me:
Building client websites
Launching lead campaigns
Working on my own memberships and ideas
Occasionally hosting pop-up focus sessions when it feels aligned
And most of that happens inside Flow Club.
It’s where I go when I need:
Structured co-working
Multiple session options
A place to drop in without pressure
Focus without forcing productivity
I genuinely use it, even when I’m quiet.
Even when I don't have a major crazy project (although, I always seem to have big crazy project).
That consistency matters more than motivation ever did.
👉 If you’re looking for a supportive focus space, this is what I recommend:
By the way, the usual free trial is only 7 days, but the team at Flow Club generously sent me my own link to share with you and you get an entire MONTH to try Flow Club. And you don't even need to put in a credit card for the trial - you have nothing to lose ;)
Even though the paid membership is closed, I still believe in:
Shared energy
Gentle structure
Letting ADHD brains work with themselves, not against
So here’s what is still available:
✨ Weekly Tarot Emails
A grounding, creative check-in for ADHD & spiritually curious minds
You can find that over at youaremagic.ca
✨ Occasional Focus Sessions
Pop-up co-working or open office hours when I host them
(You’ll hear about these via email or socials) - or you can catch me as a guest host sometimes inside of Flow Club
✨ Honest Conversations About ADHD & Business
Because you’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you’re definitely not alone.
This page exists because someone out there needs to hear this:
You don’t need more systems (well probably not anyways)...
You don’t need more discipline....
And you definitely don’t need to shame yourself into focus....
Sometimes you just need the right environment, and permission to change it when your needs change.
If this page helped you feel a little more seen, then it’s doing its job 💛
