What to do when you feel overwhelmed!

True story:

Today, I asked ChatGPT to help me write this email, and I told it to do it in the voice of Vince Vaughn.

Why? Because, my friend, my brain hurts. It’s been a week. Like, a week.

The kind of week where you seriously consider running away to live in a cabin in the woods...with Wi-Fi, obviously.

When I’m overwhelmed and feeling like I don’t know where to start, I turn to ChatGPT and say, “Hey, help me out here. My brain feels like a sock full of marbles. Write me something funny, Vince Vaughn-style, because I’m mid-planning a special product that’s launching next week, and I need to be a functional human again.”

So here’s the deal: You're overwhelmed, I get it. Let’s talk. Right now, you’re standing in front of the buffet of life (marketing, websites, social media, email marketing...) with 47 options, and you don’t even have a plate. You’re panicking. You’re sweating. Do you grab the mashed potatoes? The roast beef? The tiny shrimp cocktail that no one trusts?

STOP. Take a breath. Start with one thing.

Because here’s the truth: you don’t have to do it all at once. You just have to do the next right thing. It’s like in Dodgeball—you gotta dodge, duck, dip, dive, and dodge...but not all at once, okay?
