Does your website need a refresh? If you’re asking yourself this question, chances are it might be time, but if you’re really not sure, here’s how you know…

You have a high bounce rate

A high bounce rate usually indicates a poor user experience. If they have trouble navigating your website, or if it takes too long to load, they will leave before visiting more than one page.

Your content is outdated

Constantly putting new content out there will help your website get exposure and improve the quality of the site. You can also go through your old pages or blog posts to optimize them for SEO!

It’s hard to navigate

If your website is difficult to navigate, it might be time for a refresh. Simple and straightforward is best, users shouldn’t have difficulty finding the content they’re looking for. This also impacts search rankings and website performance.

It’s not compatible with mobile

Lots of people use their phone for internet use, and if your website doesn’t function properly on mobile, you’ll lose that audience.

It doesn’t match your brand

If your branding has changed since you last updated your website, your website might need a refresh. Your website should have the same branding and feel as your social media platforms and should align with your goals and mission.
