Crystal came to Empty Desk Solutions with an existing site that she wasn’t in love with. She knew she could make her own website, but at the expense of her own time. Crystal opted for a custom WordPress site using the Divi theme and had a new site launched within two weeks!

Here’s the Q&A answers between us and Crystal where she shares her experience working with us on this project.

BEFORE launching your new website:

Question: What was your initial challenge that led you to looking for EDS to help with your website? What was working or not working? 
Answer: I don’t have the tech abilities or time to do it myself. It would take more time to learn how myself then the time to manage it. I needed to delegate it. 

 

Question: How did you FEEL about your  website (before launch)? What was it like?
Answer: I didn’t love it so I didn’t promote it. I was giving money away having it and not using it. 

 

Question: What was the general impression or feedback about your website from your clients or people you were able to gather opinions from?
Answer: The new website had positive reviews in the first few days of launch. Prior to that no one ever said anything about it.

 

After your website launch:

Question: Has your business seen an increase in awareness as a result of your new website?
Answer: So far yes – I really think integrating the social will be the game changer for me.

 

Question: Have your customers or clients found it easier to find you online and/or navigate your website?
Answer: I am not sure. I think if they are searching for me specifically then yes. I would like to be found by people who don’t yet know me.

 

Question: What is your impression of the overall look and feel of your website?
Answer: It’s amazing!! Looks great and feels warm and welcoming! 

 

Question: Do you feel your website is more engaging or professional? Please explain if yes.
Answer: Definitely very professional. 

 

Question: What has the feedback been so far on your new website?
Answer: People are saying it looks great!

 

Question: Do you think your website places you ahead of your competition in the eyes of your potential clients? 
Answer: Absolutely!

 

Question: What struggle or challenge was overcome as a result of your new website? What will it do for you in the future?
Answer: Generate leads. Once people find it I think the phone will ring! 

 

Question: What was the working relationship and process like with the EDS team?
Answer: Absolutely amazing! Quick response times. Very organized even when I am throwing random ideas at them 24/7 haha It has been one of the best professional decisions I’ve made! 

Question: Is there anything else you want to add that could help future customers decide if they want to work with EDS or not?
Answer: It’s a no brainer. If you want to level up you need good time management and that requires delegation. EDS is the best solution!
