Hi podia peeps!
Back again with another tutorial, this time on a question I get asked often which is "How do I categorize and streamline content inside community area of podia for my members?"
Our process start to finish:
Host the call and don't forget to record! (duh!)
Upload recording and accompanying files in your admin area (internal, not for your members - for us, this is notion and we have a really great workflow that works for us!)
Upload the recording and format to your liking on the appropriate community "topic" (for some reason I call them boards lol)
Publish! When you publish, anyone who hasn't turned off notifications (we will our members not to so that they don't miss out on recordings) will get an email with the link to click and watch
Add the link to the post you just created in your "content library" (if you don't have one of these, I highly recommend one!).
Rinse and repeat ;)
I hope this was helpful for anyone looking to streamline their membership content - this is really useful for anyone hosting LIVE calls and needs a place to properly store recordings. You can also add them as products if you wish and have them included as a "bundle" that is automatically included for members, but we prefer using the topics and it's much cleaner for us. We reserve the "products" for legitimate courses, bootcamps we run, or live events that are paid outside of membership.
Cheers!
